Difficulty Rating Scale

Alright, we're going to keep this at a simple 1 to 5 difficulty rating. Obviously, it will be in the form of potatoes:





= Not difficult.  This was actually really relaxing and I may have even fallen asleep for a minute.



= A little bit of work.  There were a couple of times that I had to actually try, but for the most part it wasn't too difficult.



             = Yep, I'm gonna feel this in the morning, especially if I don't stretch. Note to self: stretch.



             = I'm feeling it right now.  I don't think I can lift any of my appendages more than a few inches. Ow.



             = I'm dying. I'm dying. Call an ER, I need a stretcher to get me out of here. I'm pretty sure my muscles and lungs exploded inside of me.  I see the light. Tell my family that I love them.
